Success and True Happiness Begins In The Mind
Understandings of success perceptions are as abundant as there are stars in the sky. One apparent thing about success is that every individual has to determine the true meaning of success in his or her own life. Those who walk through life attempting to accomplish “success” through someone else’s standards or for someone else will continuously be lacking true happiness.
True happiness is your own life
The modern dictionary defines success as that certain measure or degree of achievement or accomplishment or as a desirable and favorable outcome. This translates as setting and completing goals.
One should make a decision on what one truly wants in their life, and what it is that they can do to achieve that outcome. For only by accomplishing your own goals, that you have set, can you realize happiness.
To accomplish success, one has to set realistic goals for their life, goals that can be achieved. One should measure success as to how close one comes to accomplishing one’s goals. Goals are outcomes that one has set for their self, based on one’s skills and abilities. Sometimes these skills must be learned, developed, and then used to accomplish the goal.
Know that one’s “subconscious mind” is a very incredible and powerful tool that one has yet to improve and utilize it wisely to its complete capacity, to accomplish success.
To fully understand how powerful and encouraging your “subconscious mind” can be, you should understand first and recognize that there really is no “coincidence”, that nothing in life occurs just by chance. Meaning, nothing is predestined, that you have the power to control your life, to control your success and your failure.
You have the power to change certain aspects of your life that you are not content with, you and you alone are the responsible party for making your life happy.
The secret of success
Expectation, belief and desire are three powerful forces that can help one to lead a life of true happiness. Before anything that one wishes for to occur can happen, one must desire for it to happen, should believe deeply that it will happen and then should expect that it will happen.
The “subconscious mind” generates all things in your life based on the information and messages you send to it. You are continuously sending the mind information, and most information sent is useless or worse; negative information, that will function against you.
It will be truly difficult to find success if you are not specific and clear regarding what you believe for yourself. It is then extremely important that you assess and gauge your actions, thoughts, and motives as you live your daily life.
You should figure out where you are and what are you doing, both what you are doing wrong as well as what you are doing right. This is where you should be ready to change for the better when and as it is needed.
Always remember that whatever you believe, whatever you think, this information is sent “subconscious mind”, and this in turn is converted into actions that you perform.
You think, therefore you are
So be very careful of your thoughts, and beliefs, as they are great influences to your success, and ultimately your happiness. As an example; if you worry constantly about not acquiring enough finances, then you will really won’t; thinking that you do not have the capability to accomplish your goals, then you will never achieve any; thinking that there not enough open opportunities, then there will never be.
To achieve true happiness you must have goals in your life, things that you desire to have, or do, or be. While all things take time to come into existence, they never will if you do not first think of them, and then act towards their creation.
When you do accomplish your goal, stop and relish that pleasure of achieving a goal. This feeling is happiness, and the greater the goal the greater the happiness.
Be Blessed

Taking Action
Last year, I started breaking down my list of lifetime goals into smaller steps and making those my resolutions. Instead of just starting at New Year’s, though, I split the calendar up into the three major divisions that my life as a father and teacher naturally fall into: a Spring semester, summer, and a Fall semester.
It is interesting to see that a person actually wrote out their goals and then scheduled them.
Something I have been trying to teach people for a while, that is to write dowwn your goals and then take action. Use this as an example for your own life, write it and take action.

How to Realize Your Dreams
Self Realization is an understanding of your direction in life. If you understand your direction, you will see what you must do to achieve your goals. When you reach a goal, you get a realization, this act of achievement makes you feel fulfilled and complete. Even if only for a few hours, but it still feels good.
Goals are an essential part of life. If a person does not have goals, they often feel a lack of purpose. Wondering what the purpose of life is. The real meaning of life is growth. When something is growing it is alive. For us humans we stop physically growing around the age of 21, so after that milestone we can only continue to grow mentally, spiritually, and psychologically. To keep growing we must have a purpose, whether we invent one or discover one. Having a purpose in life provides principals, ideas, motivation, reason, and a reason to live. If you have purpose, you feel competent, and assured of your self. This takes you to your goals since you are focused on your objectives in life.
The most important way to realize your goals is to setup short-term goals that work toward long-term goals. For instance, a short-term goal is to walk around the block without stopping, then to run around the block without stopping, then increase the distance every time a goal is reached until the ultimate goal of running a marathon is accomplished. If you start by trying to run the marathon you will fail, but by starting with smaller goals you will succeed. Therefore, you can understand that it is important to set small goals you can reach and all the small goals add up to achieve the ultimate goal. Giving up will only, cause you stress, if the goal seems unreachable break it down into smaller goals. If you set goals out of your reach, it is likely you will never reach the end of the race. Setting goals out of your reach will also frustrate you, and as you continue to fail you will loose self-esteem, self-control, and confidence.
Realization of your self is the ability to recognize your own potentials and abilities. The realization of self will bring you fulfillment. When a person feels fulfilled they often have a life with more success and achievement. The overall point is to set small goals so that you can eventually achieve your ultimate goal.
As for the long-term goals, this is what will determine your life. When one is reached, enjoy the feeling, and then set another. You must keep growing to keep living. As you now realize, it takes effort to reach goals, it takes work and perseverance to achieve success. However, it is you, and only you, that must take the action to make it happen.

How to Get a Job Fast - 3 Easily Overlooked Sources of Fast
Jobs
- by Tony Mase
© Tony Mase - All Rights Reserved
http://www.constructivescience.com
===========================================================
If you're looking to get a job fast, whether it's because
you have to or want to, in today's "high-tech" society with
its "high-tech" mentality, it's real easy to overlook some
tried-and-true "low-tech" sources of fast jobs...
Here are three of the best:
Fast Job Source #1 - People You Know
I've heard that as many as 80% of all jobs are obtained
through other people, not advertising. Based on the people I
know who have jobs, I'd have to say that number is fairly
accurate, if not a tad on the low side. That being the case,
if you're looking to get a job fast, your single, number one
best job source is the people you know.
Therefore, the most efficient and effective thing you can do
to get a job fast is to call everyone you know and I do mean
*everyone* - friends, relatives, neighbors, acquaintances,
people you know from clubs and organizations, former co-
workers, and yes, even former employers (assuming you left
them on good terms) - to let them know you're seeking
employment, ask them if they know of anyone hiring, and, if
they don't, if they'd be willing to ask around for you
(don't forget to follow-up with them if they say yes).
Fast Job Source #2 - Newspapers
Believe it or not, there are many small business owners, the
largest creators of jobs there are, who can barely turn on a
computer, let alone post a job listing online. Thus, they
still rely on good old-fashioned newspapers to advertise job
openings.
The employment or "help wanted" section of the good old
Sunday newspaper is still one of the best sources of job
openings there is, but don't ignore the daily, weekly,
monthly, and even the "shopper" type papers as they're often
equally as good, sometimes even better, sources.
Fast Job Source #3 - Signs
Just the other day, I was talking with a gal who told me, "I
can't find a job anywhere, no one's hiring." "Do you ever go
to __________?" I asked her. "Yea, I go there every
morning," she said. "What about __________?" I asked. "I'm
in there once or twice a week," she replied.
"Well," I told her, "both of them have great big signs on
their doors that read *Now Hiring*."
Her somewhat sheepish reply?
"Oh, I didn't see them."
Why didn't she see them, you ask?
Simple...
She wasn't looking for them. :-)
My advice?
Don't let that be you!
Many small businesses, again the largest creators of jobs
there are, never go beyond word-of-mouth, newspaper ads,
and/or "help wanted" signs to get all the help they need.
Therefore, you'd be foolish to overlook these sources of
fast jobs.

Helping Your Self to Help You
Now for some reason you do not have these things that you want, probably because you may have thought you could never attain any of them. So here is the solution to your problem: Become a guidance counselor. The “trick” of this is you are going to counsel you.
First take a sheet of paper and write down the question which appeals to you most. Such as “I want to start my own business” or in the event you desire a thing such as a new car then write it down as a question, “how do I get a new car?” State your desire as plainly as you can, write it down clearly, then leave the paper on your table or desk and walk out of the room. Take a break, make some coffee, stand outside and watch the clouds move, whatever you decide, do that for at least five minutes. Then after your break go inside and find the piece of paper with the written statement on it and here is the twist.
Think of yourself as a counselor, imagine a client has come to you with the written desire and has asked you to give a solution, to present a plan for achieving this desire. Now as all good counselors do, knowing the objective of the client, ascertain the reasons that are standing between the client and the attainment of the objective. Of course write these things down, remember they are for your client, and so be honest and candid. With this information you are now ready to develop a plan of action which will enable your client to jump the hurdles, and overcome the obstacles and attain the objective.
Answer your clients questions that you would expect to be asked such as “How can I bring it about, How can I afford to live in a better home, How can I become a power in my community?” and so on. Sit there and think about it, then as ideas come to you write them down, no matter how silly or trivial they may seem write them down. You may write a lot so you may want to have a few extra sheets of paper handy.
The next step will involve some work, so sip your coffee, and get down to it. Take all your notes, compare, compile and organize: Then come up with a game plan for your client. Be detailed and specific, step by step make the plan easy to understand and easy to follow. Now lay the paper aside and take a break as before except make it at least an hour.
After your break come to your table or desk and find the detailed plan that has been made for you, read it thoroughly and be prepared to take the actions listed by your counselor for you. You have now helped yourself to help you help you. So with your guaranteed plan in hand go forth and achieve.
As always before taking up mental exercising, make sure you have a calm head on your shoulders, and be free of any effects of alcohol, sleep deprivation, drugs or any other mind altering behaviors. It may seem that you may have thought any one of these questions were beyond practical answers. However by the time you complete this exercise as given, you will have glory in your victory.
With clear, logical, concentrated thinking, it will not be difficult at all to see through any of the problems you may have previously seen as insurmountable. With the aid of your counselor you will be able to use your mind to achieve greatness. Minds can make people into geniuses, so far as personal power and accomplishment are concerned. This is just as true with your mind as it is with the minds of others. Put this exercise to use, and soon you'll find a new you emerging from the one that exists today. You will no longer envy others for their possessions and achievements because you will know that you can do and be more. You can do and be anything you will to, you just have to will to do so.
Goals and Objectives will not be something to wish for; but things to do. Your wish list will soon be your list of accomplishments and possessions.

How to Achieve Something
Now here is the answer to that great question: When we try to achieve something, more often than not, there is something in it for us. There is in short, a reason that we do things and most of the time it is either to ease discomfort, or to satisfy a need. For example; you have a leaky ceiling over your bed. You want to stop the drops of water that cause you discomfort when you’re trying to sleep. You can achieve fixing it if you possess the motivation to do so, know how to do it, and have the right tools to do it with. It’ll never get fixed properly if you lack any of these three things.
Why did we choose to learn it and what tool do we need to use to achieve this? We want to cause discomfort to cease, if you could achieve fixing this problem, you’ll be able to sleep better whenever it rains. The discomfort was what provoked you to take action, and you now need to know what is involved in fixing roofs, so you ask friends, check out a book from the library, and learn what to do. Then you accumulate the tools and materials, and fix the roof. Soon enough the fruit of your labor becomes apparent when the next rain storm arrives and you can sleep undisturbed.
Now this shows that most of us, in order to achieve something, sometimes we need to be provoked into action. We are great procrastinators and whatever we can put off until tomorrow, we will. There is a consequence and we find ourselves becoming upset that we didn’t tend to a problem earlier when we had a chance. Opportunity knocked, we missed it, now we’re in a little trouble or we’re in a situation which is uncomfortable. In other words most of the time we do not have motivation to do things unless the situation becomes uncomfortable. We only react to pain, so to keep us moving the universe also known as God will continue to provide pain so that we can progress.
Then there are other times when we want to fix something, we are motivated to do so, have the right tools, but cannot do it ourselves. A board might be too heavy to hold into place or we don’t have the strength to move some heavy object. Seeking help is always appropriate, as long as it is assistance, not an excuse to procrastinate.
Are you beginning to see where all of this ties in with what it takes to achieve your goals? You have your wants, needs, and dreams. Which of these do you wish to work toward? You now understand that nothing is achievable without motivation, knowing anything about your goal, and having the proper tools. You also know that sometimes you need help and amazingly enough it is there whenever you need it. When the student is ready the teacher will appear.
The BIG secret to being a happy person is to learn to motivate your self without pain. If you can somehow figure out how to start doing things before discomfort causes you to have to, you will be a most happy and successful person. The answer to this mystery is simple, set and achieve goals.
So now you have a good reason to get started, but how do you set goals?
Every organized business sets goals. Some do it daily, weekly, monthly, and some do it only once every quarter. Setting goals is important because this becomes motivation for any company and its people to produce greater profitability. Goals can consist of achievable dollar figures, higher service standards, production quantity, advertising, and other production related figures to which a company would like to see an increase. Regardless of what these goals are, they all amount to an ideal goal of one thing: Growth.
So it’s time to become active with your goals. Here is a TOOL that will help you achieve your goals. WRITE THEM DOWN ON PAPER! Make them realistic and not too far out of reach. Each goal should be created to help you achieve something. For example, to say “I will be a better person” is too abstract and may involve too many details. Instead say “I will be nice to my co-workers” this gives you a target to actually accomplish.
Create a Goal: The act of writing it down on paper causes something in the universe to stir, and soon the universe will be on your side conspiring to help you in all that you desire to accomplish. Whatever you may do or not do, write your goals on paper, it is the one most vital step in the whole process.
Now that you’ve set your new goals, you’ll need to follow up with them. Post the goal in a visible place where you can see it everyday. A bulletin board over your computer work station, the fridge, the bathroom mirror, someplace you look every day would be ideal. If you are highly motivated, you will not procrastinate and you’ll work toward achieving your goals as soon as you can. Do not wait to have a few free hours during a day off from work or when nothing good is on TV. Do something towards your goal every day, even if it is just to read and re-read it. Work at your goal until you’ve achieved the desired results, then set another goal.
If you only ask God for help when times are tough, you are going to have a lot of tough times, because God likes to talk with you.

How to Look at Failure
Unfortunately failure happens to us all. Failure may be a bitter pill to swallow but everyone must fail at one time in their lives. However, as experience has taught us, it is not the fact that you have failed that is important, but the manner in which you have accepted and risen from such failure.
A person can either allow their self to be thwarted by failure, or you can use such failure to build up your determination. What is important is that the experience of failing was not for naught, because the person who failed learned something from the experience.
Those who fear failure should know that most successful people have failed one or more times in their lives. But what made the difference is how they learned from the failure and how they used failure to succeed in life. The real failures are those who fail once and then refuse to try anything ever again for fear that they might fail again.
The fear of failure creates anxiety due to the fear of not knowing and not being certain of what will happen next. Most often, this results in a small problem being blown out of proportion. The more a person thinks about the possibility of failing, the more they will jump to conclusions on the possible scenarios. Unknowingly, this fear of failure has made a small problem bigger and more complicated.
Conversely you can go to the opposite extreme; a person who fears failure can become too competitive. It forces them to treat every person and every opportunity as a threat. This takes the joy out of doing something that should have been simple and without pressure. Such a person becomes nervous and anxious. The feeling of being pressured to do more and to exceed what is normal causes a person to be erratic and weary.
Fear of failure is normal. How you deal with it can make the difference. The best thing to do when confronted with fear of failure is to take inspiration from the reliable tree; which bends when confronted with a strong wind, to keep itself from breaking, and to rise again when the wind has stopped.
First, a person must accept that they are not a perfect being, in fact nobody is. A person has a right to err and to fail so you have to give yourself another chance and another day to fight your battle.
Always have someone or something to lean on when the going gets rough so that you will not feel alone and rejected. Most successful people rely on their families and friends when they are at their lowest point in their life. Others rely on their dreams of making it to the top to motivate them ever onward.
Whatever you do, do not keep the feeling of bitterness inside you because it will just build up and ruin you. Forgive yourself and talk about your fear and your frustration because it is the only way to get it out of your system.
Whoever said that failure is success turned inside out must have experienced failure at one time in their life. Just remember this simple fact; that failure is just success in disguise.

Focus On Your Goal
imprint it on your mind until it becomes your reality.
While thought is blindingly fast compared to the manifestation of thoughts into our reality, it must be realized that it all starts with thought. With the thought comes a plan, and a plan becomes an action and an action becomes a reality. As you practice this system and become more confident, your thoughts will come into reality much more quickly. The hard part for people to grasp is that as a beginner, you must keep your energy focused on your goal.
Now here is a key concept; you must focus on what you want, not on what you don't want. Stop complaining about things that are not the way you want them to be, by doing so you are focusing on what you don’t want and where your focus is there will become your reality. Instead, decide how you would like things to be and focus on that, keeping in mind the key concept that what you think about will eventually become your reality. Whenever you find yourself giving attention to some area of your life with which you are unhappy, immediately ask yourself "What do I want in this situation?" and focus on the answer.
So once you have set your goal, take a look at your goal every day, and give it positive focus and attention. Think about your goal before you fall asleep and after you wake up, instead of worrying about your problems, imagine your goal successfully attained, and feel how you would feel if your goal was now your reality. Go to sleep with this feeling, and your subconscious mind will quickly find a way to bring it into your reality.
I am sure you have heard the saying “knowing is half the battle” and this is true. So what is the other half of the battle? The answer is action. You must do something that will bring about your goal. Doing nothing brings nothing, doing something will bring something. Now be patient with your self, if you are starting a new skill it will take many days, weeks and months of practice before you become proficient. It is the same with anything, there is a learning curve, and you start at the bottom and work your way up one step at a time.
The only job you start at the top is when you are digging a hole.

Take Action Now
There is always something that you can do to propel you towards your goal. It doesn't matter how tiny the action is, or how insignificant you might feel it is; you must do it. There is always some small step you can take, whether it is as simple as getting out of bed five minutes earlier or making the trip to the store to get supplies, you must take that step. You must convince your subconscious mind that you are serious about your goal, and there is nothing more convincing than taking action. No matter where you are along your path to your goal, no matter how near or far you might feel it to be, there is always an obvious next step you can take. Take that step right now; in this present moment.
If you have can’t seem to figure out what to do, or are overloaded because it seems there are too many things to do, then do this: Make a list of all the things that need to happen for your goal to be accomplished. List all the steps that you think you will experience as your goal begins to enter your life. Somewhere on this list will be the obvious next step. Do it, and do it now! If on the other hand your goal is truly out of your hands, then you need a new goal.
Waiting for other people to change or give you what you want is a sure way to always be unsatisfied. You must pick a goal that you are in control of and do whatever it takes to make it come true. That is the only true path to power and mastery in life, and the only way to ever feel fulfilled.
Another key to this is you must be consistent. You must, consistently, choose the same goal every day until your goal is accomplished. You cannot send out
constantly changing vague wishes into the universe and expect to create results in the real world. If one day you want to be a world famous actor, then don’t enroll in classes then nothing will happen. So the next day you want to be a world famous athlete but never go to the gym because you still might want to be an actor, will simply spin you around in a circle going nowhere and doing nothing.
It's like ordering a meal in a restaurant, you must decide what you want and then ask for it. If you can't make up your mind then you will never get anything to eat. So it is with the universe, if you do not provide the universe with a specific goal, and one which you consistently take action toward, or else your "meal" will never come to you.
Lastly, the most important secret of all: Never give up until you have achieved your goal.
Be Blessed

Your Creative Energy
Here then, is a simple explanation of the power of your creative energy.
You must know what you want in order to get what you want, it seems so obvious, yet this most basic step is missed by the bulk of the populace of this planet. Put as simply as possible; you must know what you want, and be as specific as possible. This is the magic step of creative energy that every one seems to miss.
So, do you know what you want? Think to your self, what is it that you want to be, to do, to become, to accomplish, and to own, and so on. Now here is the part that so many people just will not do: Write down everything that you want for your life. Without this list you are as a leaf drifting in the wind. You must posses this list, you must create this list, and it is your life on paper; so make it now. Go on then, get writing even if it is only a single thing, write it down, you can think of more things later but write down what you want right now.
The next step is to pick one thing on your list that you know you could accomplish if you dedicated some energy to it. Pick that one and forget about the rest. This is a goal in the creation of your life, choose it and go for it. Don't waste your creative energy trying to create a million and one things. Pick one and go with it. Just as the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, so does the journey of your life begin with a single goal.
Now for a bit about doing something, sitting on the couch daydreaming about your future will not bring you what you want. Waiting for life to do the work for you won't bring you what you want. The only way to get what you want is to decide, with clarity and focus, exactly what you want to create.
Now you must again put pen to paper and write down this one goal, put it on sticky notes, or small scraps of paper and put them where you will see them, the bathroom mirror, the front door near the knob, the fridge handle, the cupboard above the sink, and so on. This will help you to remember and to focus on the goal.
Soon you will see some situations arise that will make it easy to accomplish that goal; an opportunity will come to you enabling you to accomplish that goal. Fair warning here; most opportunity comes knocking wearing coveralls and smelling like work. So when it does arrive, be ready to do what you need to do to accomplish your goal.
So begin with a single goal, that you have not accomplished, write down as specifically and exactly what it is you will create. Then after it is completed, move on to the next goal. It may be difficult at first, but like all things the more you practice the better you get, accomplish one then another and another, soon you will see your self in a new life, the one you desire.

Our Greatest Fear
For many people, fear of greatness is the biggest fear we face, but it is the least discussed. Ask your self these questions and honestly answer your self. Nobody but you will know the answers so be honest with your self. What if I became great at something? What if I become really great at my own business? What if I became really great at my job? What would happen if I was a really great spouse? What would people say if I was a really great public speaker? What would my friends say if I became rich and successful?
Did any of these questions bring an answer that caused you a bad feeling or even some fear? If so you have just identified a limiting belief that you are holding that is keeping you from your own true greatness. For most of us this thought of being great is one of the most uncomfortable thoughts we can consider, and as a result holds more of us back than almost anything. Also for those who do achieve a measure of greatness this fear causes us to self destruct so as to avoid any further greatness.
Face it; our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; rather our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. As in the Kabballah teaching: It is our light, not our darkness which frightens us the most.
Please realize this small truth; your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing very enlightened about shrinking your self and ability so that other people won't feel insecure when they are around you. You are who you are for a reason; your every choice has led up to this moment in time. Your thoughts will also control your future and your beliefs will control your thoughts.
There is absolutely no reason why you can not be great. You can in fact, be whatever you will to be. You are the one holding your self back from your inner greatness. You are holding on to the belief that you should be like everyone else. This false belief has been planted in you by your friends, family and society since the day you were born.
You need to be whom you were meant to be, as well as enjoy the greatness that comes to you from being a truly honest you. A good point to ponder is this: “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people the permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” (Marianne Williamson “Return to Love”)
You are not limited to your station in life; you can and are required to make a difference in this life. It is not an option to fail, you are indeed set to be the greatest, and you are indeed slated to become a well known great person. So what is stopping you? The answer, sadly enough, is you; you are stopping your self because of a simple unaddressed fear.
There is no reason you can not be great, and as long as you are kind to those who help and serve you, there is no reason you can not remain great. Be in control of your self, do not let a fear planted by others rule your life. Decide now what it is you are going to be great at, and then, do it!
Be Blessed

The Secret of True Power
For you to have this power you must first and foremost be cultivate poise and compliance, you must be willing and able to stand alone. When every one else is swayed by passion or emotions you must be able to be calm and unmoved. You must be in control of your self or you will never be fit to command anything but contempt.
If you are not happy with your current situation you must work all the harder to change. You must diligently perform the tasks assigned to you, while keeping in mind that the better pay, the better job, and the better life are waiting for you; you must simply be ready for the opportunity when it arrives. By not paying attention to the small details of your work and your life, the big details and opportunities will pass you by for someone who is more willing to perform.
Whatever task you may have occasion to set yourself to, work on it with all your might. Use scrupulous attention to detail, for if you can not be trusted to accomplish the small and mundane, you will not be trusted with the large and important. Nevertheless, perform your duties to the best of your ability, even if your heart is not in it. This faithful attendance will lead to bigger and better things. Then when the new opportunity is presented to you; you will be able to step into your new role fully prepared for it.
Learn through constant practice to develop your talents and resources. Then when needed, you can concentrate them on a single point to get the desired results. Be always honest and truthful with your own self, stay brutally honest with yourself, for if you try to deceive your self you will cause your own failure and destruction.
The foolish waste their resources on idle gossip, needless frivolity, and wasteful excesses. Manage your resources and use them wisely to better your self and situation. Those who are hysterical, fearful and thoughtless will never prevail and will suffer the same fate as the shifting sand. There will be no trace of their efforts or existence. While the one who remains calm and thoughtful will gain power, and as you exercise your strength more power will be added to you.
Passion is not power, it is a drain and waste of power. Like the fearful thunderstorm that beats upon the rock, soon the storm passes but the rock remains. So it must be with you, remain steadfast with the faith that you are the holder of the true power, and that the storm of passion will waste itself without causing any effect on you.
If you do not have this power you may gain it, but you must start somewhere. Start by refraining from slander, complaining, idle talk, and gossip. These activities are the greatest drains of as well as waste of personal time and energy. Once you have taken this step you will find that you are led logically to the next step without any worry on your part.

The Secret Power of Faith
To follow under all circumstances your inner voice, to always be true to yourself, to pursue your dreams with the unwavering belief that the future will yield to your will. To have a faith in yourself, the faith and belief, that what you command will come to pass. Knowing that the universal laws work with mathematical certainty and that what you sow you shall reap, and that what you think; will be.
The possession of this faith is the most priceless thing in this world you can ever own. Having this faith is like having a magic lamp that holds success, prosperity, inner peace, soul power, and unlimited happiness. Whenever you are faced with challenges, you must hold on to your faith and you will be able to overcome any hardship like a tree that withstands the wind no matter how hard it blows. You will not ever have to worry about results; resting assured that right thoughts combined with right actions creates right results.
Once you have this enduring faith you will be able to give the command, and mountains of sorrow, strife, disappointment, pain and disease will crumble and fall into the sea of forget. With your faith working diligently there is not one thing you will not be able to accomplish if you so desire it. Nothing will be impossible, you will be able to make wishes come true. You will use your faith to create your reality, and the universe will respond to your will.
The foolish wish and grumble, you will not be foolish, you will work and wait, work without and within, knowing that your faith will bring you all that you can dream. For you know that your life you carry within, that you control how to spend your life. You are firm in the knowledge that whatever happens, you will be able to use it for your betterment and increasing prosperity.
Send out loving and happy thoughts and blessings will fall into your lap, you will be filled with happiness and peace. Unfortunately the reverse also holds true, send out hateful and impure thoughts and you shall have curses bombarding you, and you will be rewarded with fear and uproar.
You are the unconditional maker of your fate, whatever that fate may be you can rest assured that you have caused it. Every moment of every day you are sending forth thought energy that rebounds and returns to you what you have created. What you have sown you will reap, whether to your detriment or blessing is determined solely by your faith.
Let your heart grow large and loving, develop and cultivate your faith, when you do great lasting success will surely follow, as day follows the night, it is just a matter of time.

Focus and Control Your Thoughts
We all know that person who turns everything they touch into dust; you know that person who no matter what can pull defeat from the jaws of victory. The person who can not retain success even when it is handed to them; they are the ones who live their lives as the example of what not to do. That person has no self government, they are not honest with their inner self and so have no control of the inner and it reflects to the outer. They are slaves to circumstances and only gain their strength and knowledge through bitter experience.
Whatever your position in life may be right now, you can not improve your circumstances, you can not even hope to experience success, until you have learned to control and focus your thoughts. When you are able to focus your thoughts you will find that problems that were insurmountable an hour ago are simply challenges that will need a little work to overcome.
As in all things you will have to practice your talent to gain skill. Nobody on this planet has ever won a triathlon on their first try, so it is with this skill of thought control. You must discover how to calm your mind, control fleeting thoughts, earn the concentration ability to think and solve one thought at a time.
Start with learning to sit quietly without distraction. Continue by making your self calm and collected, as one with your self. There is no difficulty no matter how dire it may seem, that can not be overcome using calm concentrated thought. Learn how to be calm and ignore the raging storm of emotional thoughts swirling about you. Silence the doubt, resist panic, forgive hatred, and shine the light of knowledge on the shadow of ignorance.
Every thought you think is like a wave of energy sent from you to do your will. Whether you desired it or not, your thoughts will attract and create what you have thought about. This thought energy will react with the universe upon you for good or evil depending on your thoughts and the intensity that you use. It is of the utmost importance that you learn how to control your soul, to master your own emotions and thoughts.
If you are to weave into your life prosperity, happiness and joy, you must first find and remove all your inner problems. Remove from your thoughts capricious actions, irrelevant hates, petty likes and dislikes, fits of anger, jealousy, rapidly changing moods, suspicion and envy. You must rise above and control these disturbing and debilitating thought patterns.
You must find a reason for you to want to take control of your life, discover for your self why you should exist. Set a goal for your self, and set a time limit. While moving towards that goal, be mindful. Whenever you think a thought that is counter productive dismiss it immediately, and stay focused on the goal.

Knowing the Truth
Every person is driven to move through life, and most of us do not want to merely to move through life like a sound producing, ambulatory blob, but to develop; to improve, and to continue the development to the end of our physical life.
This development can occur only through the improvement of the quality of individual thought. This thought and the ideals, actions and conditions that arise as a consequence, is what drives us throughout our lives.
So a study of the creative processes of thought and how to apply it is of supreme importance to every one of us. This knowledge is the means that causes the evolution of human life on earth; and with our evolution, our improvement as well.
All of us have actively sought for the Truth, and we have explored every means and avenue to find it. In this process those who have preceded us have produced a special kind of literature; which ranges the whole gamut of thought from the trivial to the sublime, through all the philosophies, to the final revelation of self discovery.
This information has had to be guarded and protected from the less enlightened, saved from those who would force us to hold only a single belief, and secluded from the uneducated. The knowledge was given from master to disciple a long and arduous process. The information was only rarely written as it could have been used as damning evidence that would cost the very life of the author.
Thankfully for us that there were some brave souls among us who risked all to produce written information for the future ages. This knowledge is used by the world as a means of tapping the great Intelligence (god) and attracting from it that which corresponds to the ambitions, and aspirations of each individual.
What we all strive for is this knowledge, this ability, this power. We desire to know what it is, and how to use that power, and to use it both constructively and creatively. The things and conditions we desire to become realities, to fulfill our dreams; is the driving force behind all human life. Without our dreams and goals we would be no better than the plants we grow for food.
Nothing is impossible; we only need to desire to do it. We can find the truth if we but actively seek it. You will discover that the truth exists somewhere within you, and it has been there your whole life. You must only treat it as a course of study and conscientiously act upon the meaning that you find.
Knowing the truth will make you a greater, better person, and equip you with a new power to achieve any worthy personal purpose and an ability to enjoy life’s beauty and wonder.

How to Create Changes in Your Life
Contrary to popular belief, knowledge is not power. What knowledge is; is potential power. If it was simply about knowledge, then every librarian, research assistant, school teacher, and geek in the world would be fantastically rich and powerful.
Yes, universal laws can change your life. Whether you believe or not; these laws have been shaping your life since you were born. Keep in mind that these forces always work in perfection, whether you are aware of them or not. So if you want to know how good you are in the mastery of these laws, then all you need to do is look at the current situations and conditions of your life.
If you're not happy with all aspects of your life, then you need to align yourself with these laws by taking a series of specific steps. Ask yourself these questions: How's your health? How are your finances? How are your relationships? Do you have happiness and joy? Does your work inspire you with purpose and passion? If everything is fine then you are doing well. However; chances are since you have been attracted to this lesson you are not where you should be with your life.
So what is that you must do to get yourself to a higher level of life? Simple: Stop wishing and start doing.
There are three things that determine your success in this life:
The first is; what you know. If you do not know about something you will have to exert the effort to find out. To learn a new skill takes a bit of learning as well as a bit of practice. Learning and practice are actions that you have to take.
The second thing is; what you believe. If you believe you can then you can and if you believe that you can’t then you can’t. Start to realize that all things are possible; your ability to accomplish any thing you will to, is directly related to your willingness to learn and practice.
The third thing is; what you consistently do on a daily basis. Do you have a set goal and take steps daily to realize that goal? Are you grateful for your blessings or do you complain about everything? Do you wake up in the morning ready to get started, or do you try not to wake up as you dread what is going to happen?
Your life is just that; your life. You can do or be anything you will to do. You are responsible for your own life. If you are not happy; then it is you who is keeping you from being happy. Can someone else take a shower and you smell better? No, you have to take care of yourself, nobody else can live your life for you, so you need to get on with it, and start living your life according to you.
You can be; what you will to be.

The Secret of Creating Your Life with Writing
If you were asked to describe your perfect life right now, could you? Chances are that you couldn't. This is a problem, because if we can't see our goals and desires clearly, we can’t achieve them.
To raise the odds of having the life you always wanted, you must first write down exactly how you would like that life to be. This document will be your life’s purpose, and you need to have one.
It will serve as your guiding light. Whenever faced with a decision, you will now be able to think, "Will choosing this bring me closer or further away from my purpose?" This will shorten the time it takes you to make decisions and will improve the choices that you make.
Not only that, it will be your snapshot into the future. When you are struggling and feeling defeated, you can always go back to your paper and get motivation from it.
This work will really get your imagination going. It will be exciting and fun. You get to write down anything at all that you would like in your life. You can describe your daily activities, what your house looks like, your cars, your pets, your clothes. You can describe your career, your friends, your colleagues, and on and on.
A few pointers as to your writing; first be specific. Saying that you have lots of money someday doesn't give the universe a definitive target to aim for. So how much is lots of money? Then when will that "someday" be? In a few months, a year, ten years?
Second don't limit your ideas. Is it possible for you to have 10 million dollars in the bank? Yes, it is possible and that's all your subconscious needs to know to allow the universe to bring it into your life.
Third don't worry about “How” you will make the events come true. That is what your subconscious mind and the universe will work on. You simply have to worry about the “What.”
You can be what you will to be. So put your will on paper: Start by writing out your day, what is your “normal” day like. Then progress to larger events and details. Write a short story about your life, there is no limit on what you can write into your life, so use as much artistic license you desire.
So get to it; the longer you delay the longer your life will not be as you desire. Get going today. Buy a spiral note book, they are inexpensive, and fill the pages with the words of your dream life. The sooner you get started the sooner you will arrive into the life you will to live.

This or Something Better
Something that most of us do not comprehend is that someday is not guaranteed. All we have is right now. You can hope for a future, you can plan for it, but you can not live it until it arrives. So how can you make your future something you look forward to; something that you anticipate, something better.
So it is time now; for a step by step method of making your life better…
Decide on what you desire. There is no limit, and no restrictions; what you decide is what you will get. However be warned; be careful what you ask for as you will get it, and it may not be what you want. The universe knows what is best for you and will deliver what you truly need and desire.
Now the most important step: Write it down. Writing it down is an action of power; something about writing it down causes the universe to act faster and with more precision. Sure you can get your desires without writing it down, but the end result will be less specific, less clear, and the generalization of your desire may be found to be not as good as you had hoped. Writing your dream results in a better focus and you will receive a better result every time. Two things that you should add in to your desire are the words: “I accept this or something better”, and the statement; “with harm to none.”
So we go to the next step and list your benefits. Why do you desire this to happen or come into your existence? Make sure it is for the greater good, in other words make sure it can happen with harm to none. Also add in that you will accept something better. Let us say you desire a car, but good deals on trucks keep coming up, that means the universe know you will be needing that pickup truck in the future, or that it will be more useful to you than a car, so accept the something better.
There are a few sub steps in this benefit analysis, so let’s cover them quickly. Analyze your current position; will this desire of yours help, hurt, change, or eliminate your current situation?
Find and Identify obstacles and risks; look closely at what side effects this may cause. For example if you desire to live in a better neighbor hood, will the people you help now suffer from your absence?
Here is a sub step that most people try to skip, and it will definitely come to haunt you if you do not pay it some attention: Identify dues, investments and sacrifices. Paying dues is the process of learning and achieving. For example to become a great pianist you would pay the dues of hours of practice, etc. etc. etc. Investments are things you would have to have to accomplish your desire. Again, to be a pianist requires a piano. Do not forget the last part; of sacrifice. Following with pianist example; you will have to give up some TV time in order to practice, and so on.
Another step that speeds up the process is to identify the knowledge you will need. Continuing with the pianist example; you will need to learn how to read music, and to translate what you read into finger movements, so you will need to seek an instructor to help you discover this information.
Lastly there is a step that most people skip, and in so doing set them selves up for failure and disappointment: Set a deadline. Three simple words that are so filled with terror, that for some that it freezes their actions. Without a deadline you do not have a timeline for the universe to go by. Yes the universe is timeless, but you are not. You can desire something all you want but without a deadline in place the universe will treat your desire as a low priority. You may get it in a timely manner, you may not. Setting a deadline creates a sense of urgency that will have its affects manifest promptly.
So there you have it, a recipe for your life, a method of working, a skill for using, whatever you wish to call it. You now know, and in knowing you can make better choices, and reap better rewards.
Remember this; before you can reap, you have to sow

The Secret to Expecting and Manifesting
This realization that there is more to us than what we originally thought has led us to the realization that we need to know more. So we begin to look for more information and more truths in an effort to discover our real selves.
This individual belief system has developed and polarized over the years based upon the successes we as individuals have experienced in our life. It is the expectation, based on this belief system that enables the individual to manifest situations, events and material objects.
One thing that we should know about our journey into self awareness is expectation. Our emotion of expectation will manifest what we are looking for. It is without a doubt the most important ingredient that we will ever use.
Expectation is absolutely vital for the construction of physical objects and events from subconscious thoughts. It is also vital when this internal data is sifted and categorized, within the framework of the individual’s personal belief system; for example, if a person absolutely knows that they are naturally unlucky then they will never be able to successfully manifest “luck” events.
The combination of thought, expectation, emotion and desire creates form; which is created by subconscious manipulation of the basic energy of the universe. It is for this reason that if you focus strongly on some desired event in your future it is more likely to happen, given that you add the necessary emotional yearning and expectation. This is the secret to manifesting.
If you desire a situation to come to pass, you must expect it to. If your desire is a set of circumstances then you must expect them to manifest.
You are the creator of your reality; everything you are and have now is the direct result of your manifesting it into your world. You are the one responsible, and you are the one who is in control. That’s right; you are in control of your own life.
So what do you need to do? First be honest with your self; in the words of Shakespeare “To thine own self be true.” Look at where you are, right now, what you have, and what you are doing. Face your reality for what it is; you can not change it if the starting info is faulty. You can not make a full loaf of bread if you do not have some of the ingredients. Inventory your life so that you can prepare to make it what you want.
The next thing you must do is know what you want. What is your dream; your desires, your ultimate goal? It does not matter if you are the best marksman in the world, without a target; there is nothing to aim at. Without a destination you can’t start the journey; as there is no place to go to.
When you have those two ingredients then you are ready and able to begin; commence to creating your life into your life. Remember the order; desire creates thought, which in turn generates emotions, and expectation creates desires.
Expect that what you desire will manifest, don’t “wish” it, just expect it.

What is Good and What is Evil
Everything you do has a consequence. Every choice you make is either for good or for bad, good or evil. Well do you know what the difference is? There seems to be confusion lately as to what really is Good or Evil. So as I am here to help, allow me to remonstrate.
There is a difference between moral and amoral. Both are actions that you take depending on beliefs.
Moral beliefs differ greatly, some simple and some very complicated. Moral actions are based on society, religion and upbringing. Depending on where you are an action may be interpreted as good or bad differently. A moral action can be right or wrong, good or evil, at the same time. The exact same action in one place will be applauded while in another will be punished. Moral beliefs are changeable and what is one day good may very well be bad the next. You are responsible for your own moral judgments. You can change you view daily if you choose. The actions you make based on morality can be interpreted differently ranging the whole scale from very good to very evil. Lastly moral actions can be right for some and the same action wrong for others. Moral actions are often based on feelings and emotions, and therefore cannot be considered an absolute.
Morality is very subjective, and should best be left ungoverned and without the power of law. An example of what can happen when morality is given the power of law is the infamous witch hunts.
Amoral actions are not concerned with or amenable to moral judgments, these are universal, and never change in relationship to good or bad. They are always one or the other, and they are absolute. Amoral actions are definable in unqualified terms, they are not based on opinions, they are not created by any person, or organization. The amoral or better termed non-moral actions can be governed and rewards and punishments put in place. The good news is there is not many of these non-moral actions, so they are easy to remember. There are two sides in all things, everything has an opposite, and so it is with the amoral actions:
Any deliberate action that intentionally and knowingly benefits the human race or individual and society is; Good.
Any deliberate action that intentionally and knowingly harms the human race or individual and society is; Evil.
As you can see they are easy to remember. They are not subject to moral change, they remain absolute. Most written laws have been made to reflect these two absolutes. Good actions increase happiness, and prosperity. Evil actions do not.
So now you know, you are wiser for having read this. Wisdom is a good thing, you have benefited greatly for the time spent reading this little article.
